CHECK IN & CHECK OUT POLICY

1. Check In Time : 14.00 – up (24 hours)
2. Early check in will be subject to room availability.
3. Check Out Time : 12.00 midday (24 hours)
4. Check out time later than 12.00 midday will be subject to room availability.
5. Check out time 14.00 – 18.00 will be charged 50% from normal rate and confirmation will be subject to room availability.
6. Check out time more than 18.00 will be charged 100% from normal RATE and confirmation will be subject to room availability.

CHILDREN POLICY

1. Children under 5 years old, share bed with their parents will get COMPLIMENT for breakfast.
2. Children more than 11 years old must use one extra bed which is include breakfast.

CANCELLATION & NO SHOW POLICY

LOW SEASON

• In the event of cancellation 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival date, no show as well as early departure, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation.

HIGH SEASON

• In the event of cancellation 21 (twenty-one) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation.
• In the event of cancellation 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation to the value of 2 (two) nights’ accommodation.
• No show as well as early departure will be subject to a cancellation to the value of entire night stay.

PEAK SEASON

• In the event of cancellation 30 (thirty) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation to the value of 1 (one) night accommodation.
• In the event of cancellation 21 (twenty-one) days prior to arrival date, the reservation will be subject to a cancellation to the value of 2 (two) nights’ accommodation.
• No show as well as early departure will be subject to a cancellation to the value of entire night stay.
